Ugh! This is a terrible situation. I totally/completely/utterly screwed and now I'm locked out/sealed in/stranded of my own house/apartment/dwelling. My keys are lost and I have no idea how to get back in/gain access/open the door.

The landline is out of order. Now I'm just staring at the wall, feeling pretty frustrated/upset/defeated.

Maybe I should try breaking a window. Just kidding! That would be crazy/illegal/a terrible idea.

Any suggestions/ideas/help would be greatly appreciated right now!

I can't believe/recall/remember how this happened. One minute I had my house key securely in my pocket, and the next it was gone/missing/vanished. I searched/I looked everywhere/I scoured my bag, my car, even the floor/underneath things/that weird corner, but there's no sign of it. It's driving me nuts/This is incredibly frustrating/I'm seriously stressed out.

My Brain is Fried, Keys in the Trunk

Dude, I am completely trashed. I swear this day started out alright but somewhere between dinner and Netflix it all just went south. Now I'm sitting here, staring at my keys, which are inexplicably in the glove compartment. My brain is a mushy mess and I can barely form a coherent thought. It's like I took a wrong turn somewhere.

  • Maybe tomorrow will be better
  • Or maybe not. Who knows?
